Bucky:  Razor Skate Robin, with shirt flap and boot cuffs made from Super Sculpey.

Henry Peter Gyrich:  BF Two-Face body with the gun carved away, and the head from a GI Joe Extreme Lt. Stone head.  The sunglasses and rebuilt finger (from where the gun was) were made from Sculpey.

Human Torch I:  JLA Superman.

Triathlon:  Impulse body, Mortal Kombat Jax head.

Black Panther:  JLA Batman, with the arm spikes and belt front carved away, and the ears sanded down.  The cape is a random something or other from the parts box.  The exposed half of the face was filled in with Super Sculpey.

Like Nefaria from the first wave, I drybrushed a layer of blue over a black base in order to get that highlighted black look common in the comics.
