Both base figures were from Art Asylum's Nemesis set. Data was constructed by dremeling away parts of the existing figure, and then repainting.  Locutus' suit was made with plumber's epoxy overlays and dimensional fabric paint. It has a dark grey basecoat, with a dry-brushed black topcoat of paint.  His mechanical head pieces were made with plumber's epoxy, wire, dimensional fabric paint, and the hose from a Star Wars figure accessory.
