Mail-away offer was packaged with copies of the official ExoSquad video game available for Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Redemption offer paperwork incorrectly described the figure as 4.5", but it is 3.25" just like the other ExoSquad figures.
It appears that not many redemptions were processed, since not even a single listing was found in eBay archives going as far back as 2010.
